What this means in plain language
We do not add code that saves, intercepts or hijacks visitor information. There are no sign-in screens, inquiry forms, analytics SDKs or advertising trackers on this site.
1. Information this website does not collect
This website has no account registration, data-entry form, analytics SDK, advertising cookie, tracking pixel, browser fingerprinting or behavioral profiling.
The English and Chinese buttons are ordinary page links. The site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies to remember your choice. We do not intercept, redirect or hijack information entered on other websites or apps.
- No names, phone numbers or email addresses are collected by the webpage.
- No marketing profile is created.
- No language preference is stored on your device by this site.
2. Essential hosting and security processing
Like any public website, hosting, DNS and network-security providers may process basic technical request data—such as an IP address, browser metadata, request time and requested URL—to deliver the page, prevent abuse and maintain security.
We do not add tracking for advertising or cross-site profiling, and we do not use essential delivery data to build marketing audiences. Provider-side processing is governed by the relevant provider policies.
3. Email you choose to send
The contact link opens your own email client. If you send an email, the content and sender details you choose to provide are processed and may be stored by the sending and receiving email providers.
We use correspondence only to answer your request, provide agreed support and maintain necessary business or security records. We do not sell or rent it. Please never send passwords, API tokens, private keys, recovery codes or unrestricted account credentials.
4. Third-party platforms
References to AppsFlyer, Adjust and other platforms identify the services we can assist with. This website does not embed their SDKs and is not their official site. If you separately use those platforms, their own privacy terms apply.
5. Retention and deletion
The webpage itself stores no submitted visitor information because it contains no submission mechanism. Voluntary email correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to handle the request, provide support, resolve disputes or meet legal and security obligations.
You may request deletion of correspondence by email. We will honor the request where no overriding legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or security requirement applies.
6. Changes and contact
If the site later adds a form, analytics, cookies or another data-handling feature, this policy will be updated before that feature is used.
